We are looking for a

Qualified Chartered Accountant with

2+ years of post-qualification experience in

Direct Tax and Tax Litigation

.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handling

Direct Tax assessments and litigation matters

- Appearing before and handling matters relating to

CIT (Appeals) and ITAT

- Preparing and drafting submissions, replies, appeals and other tax-related documents

- Handling tax notices and assessment proceedings

- Conducting legal and tax research on Direct Tax matters

- Assisting clients with tax litigation strategy and representation

- Working on complex Direct Tax advisory and litigation assignments

Requirements:

- Qualified CA

- Minimum

2 years of post-qualification experience

- Relevant experience in

Direct Tax Litigation

- Hands-on experience in

Assessments, CIT (Appeals), ITAT and Appeals

- Strong research, drafting and communication skills

- Valuable knowledge of the Income Tax Act and related regulations
