Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation and certification of contractor bills.
- Quantity take-off and quantity verification from drawings.
- Cost estimation, budgeting, and BOQ preparation.
- Rate analysis and variation statement preparation.
- Vendor billing and subcontractor bill verification.
- Monitoring project costs and ensuring budget compliance.
- Coordination with project execution teams for billing and commercial matters.
- Preparation of MIS reports and project commercial documentation.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Quantity Surveying and Billing.
- Experience in commercial, residential, or industrial construction projects.
- Familiarity with BOQ, rate analysis, and contract management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and billing software.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Qualifications
Educational Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech (Civil) Experience Required: 7-8 Years in QS & Billing
