About the Role

Aalaya Engineering Project Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced QS & Billing Engineer to oversee quantity surveying, estimation, and billing operations for our Military Engineer Services (MES) building construction projects in Jaipur.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, verify, and process Running Account (RA) bills and Final Bills in alignment with MES specifications and SSR (Standard Schedule of Rates).
- Perform site measurements, quantity take-offs, and preparation of Bar Bending Schedules (BBS).
- Prepare contractor/subcontractor bills and perform material reconciliation (cement, steel, aggregate, etc.).
- Track project variations, extra items, and cost claims, preparing rate analysis for non-tender items.
- Coordinate directly with MES authorities (GE/AGE/JE) for measurement verification, bill certification,



and timely payment approvals.
- Maintain complete documentation of contract agreements, measurement books (MB), and project billing records.

Key Requirements

- Education: B.Tech / B.E. or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 3–7 years of experience in Quantity Surveying & Billing for building construction projects.
- Mandatory: Prior hands-on experience with MES projects and thorough knowledge of MES procedures, SSR, and contract clauses.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and billing software.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
