Role & responsibilities

- Prepared material and quantity takeoff of structural, architectural, and external work quantities.
- Preparation of Material reconciliation report based on monthly available stock.
- Conduct detailed Rate Analysis for various civil engineering work items (concrete, reinforcement, brickwork, finishing, etc.) by breaking down material, labor, machinery, overheads, and profit margins.
- Preparation and Certification of RA bills.
- Analysis of rates of Non BOQ items.
- Preparing Client Bills and checking Contractors Bill
- Complete end to end cost to budget finalization.
- Business plans include item rate analysis and securing authorized approval.




- Material procurement tracking and management.
- Preparing bill of quantities and contracting of work.
- Prepared Reinforcement schedule for estimating Assist in the estimation of direct costs for tenders.
- Identification and preparation of extra items..
- Planning the work execution and monitoring the daily activity of construction.
- Preparing the budgeted costs and obtaining approval from Management.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, Preparation of progress analysis evaluation.
