Job Purpose To analyse and control product quality throughout the manufacturing process and ensure finished products meet buyer specifications and company quality standards.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Review buyer quality specifications and approved samples.
- Monitor quality from incoming fabric through finished products.
- Conduct inline, end-line and final quality checks.
- Analyse defects, rejection and rework.
- Prepare quality reports and defect analysis.
- Identify root causes of recurring quality problems.
- Coordinate corrective and preventive actions with Production.
- Monitor measurement, stitching, fabric, finishing and packing quality.
- Ensure production follows approved specifications.
- Support internal,
buyer and third-party inspections.
- Maintain quality records and inspection documentation.
- Support continuous reduction of rejection and rework.
Required Skills Home-textile quality knowledge, fabric inspection, stitching quality, AQL awareness, defect analysis, root-cause analysis, Excel/reporting and problem solving.
Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Textile Technology or relevant qualification.

Candidates from Karur and surrounding Karur areas only should apply.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
