responsibilities :

We are seeking a Visier Consultant / Analyst to support the implementation, configuration, administration, and ongoing optimization of the Visier people analytics platform. The role will work with HR, Talent, Finance, and business stakeholders to translate reporting and analytics requirements into scalable Visier solutions that support data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities :

- Gather and analyze business requirements for workforce analytics and reporting.
- Configure Visier dashboards, analyses, metrics, dimensions, and reporting solutions.
- Support data integration, validation, transformation, and troubleshooting activities.
- Perform data quality checks and resolve data-related issues in collaboration with HRIS and technical teams.
- Develop standard and ad hoc reports related to workforce planning, recruitment, retention, compensation, diversity, performance, and employee engagement.
- Create meaningful visualizations and insights for business stakeholders and leadership.
- Support user acceptance testing, release management, and deployment activities.
- Document configuration, data flows, processes, and operating procedures.
- Provide training and ongoing support to Visier users.




- Monitor platform performance and recommend enhancements to improve adoption and usability.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, HRIS, and business teams to ensure analytics solutions align with organizational objectives.
- Stay informed about Visier capabilities, product updates, and people analytics best practices.
- Security - Manage role-based access controls and ensure users have appropriate permissions, content packages, data access sets and user groups.
- Support single sign-on, user provisioning, and access-review activities.
- Knowledge of data privacy and access-control principles.

Preferred candidate profile :

- Visier implementation or administration experience.
- Experience with workforce planning, talent management, recruiting, compensation, or employee engagement analytics.
- Knowledge of data privacy, security, and access-control principles.

Experience managing projects in an Agile or structured delivery workplace.
