Position: QMS Executive

Location: Kaladera, Chomu, Jaipur (Rajasthan) - Onsite

Experience: 4-5 Years

Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical + Certified in QMS / Internal Auditor

Department: Quality Management System

About The Role:

S.G. Engineering Works is looking for a agile & detail-oriented QMS Executive for our manufacturing plant at Kaladera, Chomu. This role is critical to strengthen our QMS as per IATF 16949:2016 & ISO 9001:2015 standards. You will be the custodian of QMS at the plant - responsible for audits, documentation, compliance, and driving a culture of zero-defect and continuous improvement.

What You Will Do

- Implement, monitor & sustain QMS as per IATF 16949 & ISO 9001:2015
- Control all QMS documents - Quality Manual, SOPs, WIs, Formats, Risk Register
- Conduct Internal, Process, Product & Layered Process Audits and close NCs with CAPA
- Lead Customer Complaint handling - 8D, 5 Why,



Fishbone & CAPA
- Prepare & maintain Core Tools - APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA
- Prepare for MRM, track QMS KPIs & Quality Objectives
- Ensure compliance of Customer Specific Requirements (CSR)
- Impart training on QMS, 7 QC Tools, 5S & Quality Awareness
- Face Customer Audits & Certification Body Audits (TUV)
- Handle Change Management, Document Control & Calibration

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications):

- B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- 4-5 Years experience in QMS / Quality Systems in Auto Components / Sheet Metal / Bearing Industry
- Hands-on knowledge of 7 QC Tools, 5S, CAPA & Documentation Control
- Good communication in Hindi & English + Strong MS Office skills
- Willing to work full-time at Kaladera, Chomu, Jaipur

What Will Put You Ahead:

- Experience in handling OEM Customer Audits & TUV Audits independently
- Strong command on Core Tools - APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA
- Knowledge of Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, Lean Manufacturing
