Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the QA/QC Department and a team of 6-7 Quality/QC Engineers.

- Oversee Inward, In-Process and Final Inspection activities.

- Develop and maintain QMS as per ISO 9001 requirements.

- Conduct Internal Quality Audits and ensure timely closure of audit findings and NCs.

- Ensure compliance with quality, material and testing standards.

- Support product certification requirements including CE/PED, ATEX, PESO and IECEx.

- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Engineering, Purchase and other departments on quality-related issues.

- Coordinate with third-party inspection agencies, testing laboratories and certification bodies.

- Handle NCR, CAPA, Root Cause Analysis and Corrective/Preventive Actions.

- Drive continuous improvement through LEAN, ZED, Six Sigma and Kaizen.

- Monitor quality KPIs, customer complaints, rejection and rework and implement corrective actions.

- Maintain quality documentation, inspection reports, test reports and audit records.

Candidate Profile





- 10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control in a manufacturing workplace.

- Experience in Instrumentation / Industrial Automation / Flow Measurement is preferred.

- Strong knowledge of QMS and ISO 9001.

- Experience in Inward, In-Process and Final Inspection.

- Proven experience in team handling and Quality Department management.

- Internal Auditor certification/course from a reputed agency is preferred.

- Knowledge of CE/PED, ATEX, PESO and IECEx will be an advantage.

- Knowledge of LEAN, ZED, Six Sigma and Kaizen is an added advantage.

- Experience coordinating with inspection agencies and testing laboratories.

- Strong communication, coordination, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Educational Qualification

- B.E./B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

- B.E./B.Tech / Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering

- B.E./B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical Engineering may also be considered.

- Quality Management / QA-QC certifications will be an advantage.
