– QC Inspector Mode: WFO | Full time

Note: Candidates having experience or knowledge in the footwear domain/industry are only preferred.** Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented QC inspector to ensure that all footwear products meet the company's quality standards and customer expectations. The QC Inspector will be responsible for inspecting footwear at different stages of production, identifying quality issues, and ensuring compliance with quality specifications before products are dispatched.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct quality inspections of raw materials, components, and finished footwear

products.
- Inspect footwear for defects related to stitching, bonding, sole attachment, finishing,

color consistency, sizing, labeling, and packaging.
- Ensure products comply with company quality standards and customer specifications.
- Perform in-line and final inspections during the production process.
- Identify, document,



and report quality defects and coordinate with the production team

for corrective actions.
- Verify measurements, fit, appearance, and workmanship of footwear.
- Maintain inspection reports, quality records, and daily inspection logs.
- Monitor adherence to quality control procedures and standard operating procedures

(SOPs).
- Ensure packaging and labeling meet company and customer requirements before

dispatch.
- Support quality audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Follow workplace safety and quality compliance guidelines.

Qualifications

- Diploma, ITI, or graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience as a QC Inspector in footwear, leather goods, or apparel

industry.
- Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also be considered.
