Quality Control (QC) Executive

Job Purpose To ensure the quality, safety, purity, identity, and consistency of raw materials, packaging materials, in-process materials, and finished nutraceutical products through effective sampling, testing, documentation, and compliance with applicable quality standards, GMP requirements, specifications, and FSSAI regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform sampling and testing of raw materials, packaging materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
- Conduct physical, chemical, microbiological, and product-specific tests as applicable.
- Verify test results against approved specifications and prepare COA/test reports.
- Maintain QC records, logbooks, worksheets, and laboratory documentation.
- Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of laboratory instruments.
- Handle OOS/OOT, deviations,



investigations, and CAPA in coordination with QA.
- Support stability studies and retain-sample management.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, FSSAI requirements, SOPs, and internal quality standards.
- Coordinate with R&D;, Regulatory, Production, QA and Purchase, teams.

Qualification:

- Food Technology, Pharmacy, or related field.
- Familiarity with FSSAI requirements and nutraceutical product specifications is desirable.

Experience: 3 to 5yrs.
