Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze raw materials, packing materials, in-process samples, finished products and stability samples.

- Perform chemical and physical testing according to approved specifications and SOPs.

- Carry out testing according to pharmacopoeial standards such as IP, BP, USP and EP, where applicable.

- Operate instruments such as: HPLC, GC/GC-HS, UV-Visible Spectrophotometer, FTIR, Karl Fischer (KF), Auto Titrator, Polarimeter and other laboratory instruments.

- Perform basic troubleshooting and maintain instrument logbooks.

- Record analytical results accurately.

- Prepare worksheets, analytical reports and Certificate of Analysis (COA).

- Maintain LIMS records, logbooks and other QC documentation.

- Complete online documentation and review analytical data/chromatograms where required.

- Prepare reagents, standard solutions, volumetric solutions and test solutions according to SOPs.

- Properly handle and maintain reference standards, working standards, impurities and laboratory chemicals.

- Follow cGMP and GLP requirements in the QC laboratory.

- Follow approved SOPs, safety procedures and data-integrity requirements.





- Maintain proper status labels and cleanliness of instruments, glassware and laboratory areas.

- Maintain calibration records.

- Check instrument status before analysis.

- Ensure calibration/qualification and preventive maintenance are performed according to schedule.

- Perform stability sample testing according to approved protocols.

- Support investigations related to OOS (Out of Specification), OOT (Out of Trend), deviations and laboratory incidents.

- Participate in CAPA, change control and other QMS activities when assigned.

- Coordinate with QA, Production, R&D;, Warehouse and other departments regarding quality-related issues.

- Provide analytical information and documentation during audits and inspections.

Qualification Required:

- Bachelor's degree in B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
