- Check incoming raw goods, active assembly line parts, and final packaged products using tools.
- Identifying Flaws: Spot surface defects, dimensional variances, or performance issues and reject non-compliant items.
- Documenting Data: Record test results, log defect rates, and draft Non-Conformance Reports (NCR).
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with production teams to find root causes of errors and recommend workflow adjustments.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure measurement devices are clean, calibrated, and working correctly.
