- Assist in physical inspection of raw materials (quantity, condition, labeling) (Bill Qty vs Actual Qty).
- Verify proper coding of BRL & CAN.
- Conduct physical and chemical testing of RM, defective materials, samples, and water samples
- Collect and test RM samples as per SOP and test methods.
- Verify samples received from SR as per defined parameters.
- Record test results accurately in registers / systems
- Support RM approval or rejection process.
- Perform routine physical and chemical tests of in-process and finished goods.
- Support reaction monitoring and production testing
- Submit test reports to Production within given timeline.
- Support production to avoid delays.
- Inform seniors immediately in case of out-of-specification (OOS) results
- Proper collection, labelling, storage, and disposal of samples.
- Prepare and issue test certificates for all products and accessories before dispatch.
Preferred candidate profile 0-2 Years Experience in QC Lab B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry) /Diploma in Chemical Engineering
