Role & responsibilities

- Conduct raw material and finished product testing as per specifications.

- Perform routine chemical and laboratory analysis.

- Operate, maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments.

- Monitor in-process quality and support batch approval/release.

- Investigate quality deviations, batch failures and customer complaints.

- Coordinate with Production, Stores and Purchase to resolve quality issues.

- Maintain QC records, test reports, batch registers and specifications.

- Prepare and maintain SOPs and QA documentation.

- Support internal quality audits and ensure laboratory standards.
