- Inspect and approve incoming construction materials.

- Conduct quality tests for cement, aggregates, concrete, and other materials.

- Perform concrete slump, cube casting and compressive strength tests.

- Monitor site work as per approved drawings and specifications.

- Conduct pre-pour and post-pour quality inspections.

- Ensure compliance with relevant IS/BIS standards and project specifications.

- Maintain test reports, inspection reports, calibration records and quality registers.

- Identify defects, raise NCRs and ensure corrective actions.

- Monitor material storage and handling.

- Coordinate with site, laboratory, production and projects.

- Maintain laboratory equipment and testing records.

- Assist in trial mixes, material testing and R&D; activities where required.

- Prepare daily/monthly QC reports.
