Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

10+ years of experience as an ERP Functional Consultant, with a strong focus on industry processes.

7+ years of hands-on experience with QAD ERP systems.

In-depth knowledge of processes such as production, inventory management, procurement, and supply chain operations.

Robust understanding of ERP modules such as Production, Materials Management, Inventory, Procurement, and Finance.

Proven ability to implement ERP systems end-to-end, including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Experience in data migration from legacy systems to ERP solutions.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.





Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

Experience in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Skills

Expertise in QAD ERP

Knowledge of other ERPs such as Progress4GL,OpenEdge ABL, JAVA, typescript, SAP, Oracle, or Infor is an advantage.

Experience in ERP integration with other systems such as MES, PLM, and CRM.

Certification in QAD or relevant ERP systems is a plus.
