Required Qualifications

- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, Testing, or Quality Engineering for enterprise applications, preferably within Order Management, Fulfillment, Retail, or Digital Commerce platforms.
- Strong experience in functional, integration, system, regression, and end-to-end testing of complex enterprise applications.
- Robust hands-on experience in API and Web Services testing , including REST APIs, request/response validation, error handling, and integration testing using tools such as Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools .
- Experience developing and maintaining test automation frameworks using Java and automation tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, TestNG, JUnit, or similar technologies .
- Strong understanding of Microservices architecture and experience testing distributed applications and service-to-service integrations.
- Hands-on experience validating backend data using Oracle/SQL databases , including writing SQL queries for data verification and troubleshooting.
- Experience testing applications deployed on AWS or other cloud platforms and validating cloud-based integrations.
- Experience validating event-driven and asynchronous integrations , including messaging platforms such as Kafka .
- Good understanding of OAuth2, API authentication, authorization, and security testing concepts .
- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and working with DevOps tools and source-control platforms.
- Strong experience with defect management, root cause analysis, log analysis, and troubleshooting across multiple integrated systems.
- Ability to create detailed test strategies, test plans, test scenarios,



test cases, traceability, and test execution reports based on business and technical requirements.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery models and experience collaborating with Product Owners, Developers, Architects, Business Analysts, and cross-functional engineering teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience testing Order Management Systems (OMS), Order Fulfillment, Inventory, Payments, Returns, Cancellations, Sourcing, or eCommerce workflows .
- Experience in the retail or digital commerce domain , including complex omnichannel order journeys.
- Experience with performance, scalability, resilience, and high-volume transaction testing .
- Familiarity with Astra DB, Cassandra, or other NoSQL databases .
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized applications .
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, CloudWatch, or similar platforms for troubleshooting and production validation.
- Experience supporting production releases, post-deployment validation, incident analysis, and production support for business-critical applications.
- Experience testing complex integrations across APIs, Kafka/events, databases, cloud services, and third-party systems .
- Ability to identify opportunities for automation, test coverage improvement, quality engineering, and continuous improvement throughout the software development lifecycle.
