Onepool Pvt Ltd is an AI startup currently in stealth mode, building something awesome. We know what it takes to build category-defining tech—and now we need the right person to help us make it bulletproof.
The Role
This is not a routine manual or automation testing job where you just run standard scripts. You will be testing our core AI product and software by first deeply understanding the business need it solves. You will be responsible for staying on top of complex AI KPIs, specifically monitoring accuracy, latency, and algorithmic biases.
Who You Are
We don’t want a "normal" candidate. We are looking for someone with an absolute obsession to learn every single day.
- Curious & Dive Deep: You don't just report an error; you want to figure out why the AI made that decision.
- Organized & Detailed:
You have extreme attention to detail and keep chaotic development cycles structured.
- Relentless: You don't let things slip. You maintain the bug list and relentlessly follow up with the engineering team until issues are resolved.
- Experienced: You have a minimum of 1 year of experience in software testing or similar QA/QC roles.
