- Develop and implement test strategies and test plans for Snowflake-based solutions.

- Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, providing guidance on best practices and professional development.

- Collaborate with development teams to understand system requirements and design effective test scenarios.

- Execute manual and automated testing for data integrity, functionality, performance, and security within Snowflake.

- Identify, document, and track defects and issues, ensuring timely resolution before deployment.

- Continuously improve QA processes and tools to enhance the efficiency of testing efforts.

- Review and analyze system specifications and requirements for completeness and testability.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding testing progress and issues.





- Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies in QA and Snowflake to foster innovation within the team.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

- Strong expertise with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.

- Proficiency in automated testing tools and frameworks.

- Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.

- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
