Responsibilities:

· Work closely with senior engineers to design, implement and deploy applications that impact the business with an emphasis on Mobile, Payments, and website development.

· Design software and make technology choices across the stack. Understand a range of Tier-1

· systems/services that power BharatPe to make scalable changes to critical path code.

· Contributing towards design reviews, code reviews and engineering best practices

· Management and execution against project plans and delivery commitments

Skills, experiences & behaviors

· 3-6 years post-qualification experience in the startup ecosystem, experience in the Fintech space will be an advantage.

· Knowledge of professional software testing practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle





· Ability to take a project from scoping requirements through actual launch of the project

· Understanding testing deliverables, effective in benchmarking quality using various testing practices

· Possess an sound understanding of basic areas of Computer Science such as Algorithms, Data Structures, Object Oriented Design, Databases

· Ability to actively contribute to existing framework by adding new cases and enhancing capabilities of the same

· Should be Proficient in API testing, Database testing, microservices, Mobile application testing, Integration testing etc.

· You should be Self driven, responsible, transparent, reliable & accountable and above all an excellent communicator
