We are seeking a detail-oriented QA QC Engineer with a CSWIP certification to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of our products through rigorous testing and inspection processes. The role requires a proactive approach to identifying quality issues and implementing effective solutions.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.
- Conduct inspections and tests on materials, equipment, and products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Identify and resolve quality-related issues, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including inspection reports and quality control plans.




- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the manufacturing process.
- Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Skills and Qualifications

- CSWIP certification is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and processes.
- Proficient in quality control tools and techniques, including statistical analysis.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards (ISO, ASME, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Robust communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and quality management software.
