TeliQ Health is looking for a Product & QA Intern to join us for a 3-month paid internship with a potential chance for a longer-term role with TeliQ based on performance and mutual fit.
About TeliQ
TeliQ Health is a healthcare technology platform start-up designed to simplify the way patients, doctors and clinics connect and manage healthcare services.
What you will do
Product & QA • Test the TeliQ website and different user workflows
- Identify bugs, errors and usability issues
- Test patient, doctor and clinic workflows
- Test on different browsers and devices
- Check forms, login/OTP, appointments, queue management, notifications and other features
- Document issues clearly and explain how they can be reproduced
- Classify issues based on priority
- Work closely with the developer to get issues corrected
- Re-test fixes and perform regression testing
- Suggest improvements to the user experience and product flow
Social Media & Marketing
You will also support TeliQ's pre-launch digital presence:
- Suggest Instagram and LinkedIn content ideas
- Help develop video concepts
- Research healthcare and technology trends
- Assist with content creation
- Help monitor engagement and identify what content performs well
Skills we're looking for
Required: • Basic understanding of websites and web applications
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to test a product from a user's perspective
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript
- Comfortable using Google Sheets/Excel
- Interest in healthcare technology and startups
Good to have: • Software testing / QA knowledge
- Knowledge of APIs and databases
- Basic SQL
- UI/UX understanding
Internship Details
Duration: 3 Months with possibility for a long term position
Role: Product & QA Intern
Stipend: 5k per month
