About the Opportunity

We prioritize software quality at every layer-delivering robust, bug-free experiences through rigorous manual and automated testing frameworks. Our QA teams work closely with product and dev squads to ship reliable, user-centric software on aggressive timelines, all within a dynamic hybrid work culture.

Role & Responsibilities

- Execute end-to-end manual test cases across web and mobile platforms, validating functional, regression, and UI/UX flows.
- Log, track, and retest bugs using JIRA or similar ticketing tools; escalate critical issues to dev leads with clear reproduction steps.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers to interpret requirements and translate them into test scenarios and checklists.
- Conduct exploratory testing to uncover edge cases, usability gaps, and non-functional issues (performance, accessibility, cross-browser).
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups,



and retrospectives as an integrated member of the Agile delivery team.
- Contribute to improving test coverage by documenting test cases, maintaining traceability matrices, and suggesting automation opportunities.
