As a QA Lead, you will be responsible for establishing quality standards, automation frameworks and testing processes across both our CS AI and CS CORE engineering teams. You will lead QA Engineers working across multiple Scrum teams while remaining hands-on in designing and implementing up-to-date automation solutions.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the Quality Engineering strategy across the Customer Service Technology domain.
- Establish testing standards, automation frameworks and best practices across CS AI and CS CORE.
- Lead, mentor and coach QA Engineers across multiple Scrum teams.
- Define testing strategies for AI-powered customer service applications.
- Validate deterministic business logic interacting with Large Language Models.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
- 3+ years leading QA Engineers or Quality Engineering teams.
- Strong experience designing automation frameworks from the ground up.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
