About the RoleJBR International Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a QA Intern to support our Quality Assurance, Product Development, and Production teams. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to food quality systems, product documentation, shelf-life testing, NPD, and frozen food operations.

The ideal candidate should have an interest in Food Technology, Quality Assurance, Food Science, or a related field and be willing to work in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

Key Roles & Responsibilities1. Product Documentation

- Maintain and update product specifications and QA-related documentation.
- Assist in preparing product quality records, specifications, and process documentation.
- Maintain proper documentation for new and existing products.

2. QA Plant Documentation & Checklists

- Maintain daily/weekly QA checklists at the plant.
- Assist in monitoring hygiene, sanitation, production, and quality records.
- Ensure QA documentation is completed accurately and on time.
- Support the QA team in maintaining records for audits and compliance.

3. Shelf-Life Testing

- Assist in conducting and recording shelf-life studies.
- Monitor product quality during storage at defined intervals.
- Maintain testing records and prepare observations/reports.
- Support evaluation of parameters such as appearance, texture, taste, packaging condition, and other applicable quality parameters.

4. Collaboration with NPD Team

- Work closely with the New Product Development (NPD) team during product trials.
- Assist in documenting product trials and observations.
- Support standardisation and validation of new products.
- Help maintain trial samples,



specifications, and related records.

5. Production Support

- Provide QA support during production activities.
- Assist in monitoring adherence to defined quality and process standards.
- Coordinate with production personnel for quality-related observations and corrective actions.
- Participate in routine plant quality checks.

6. Weekend Flexibility

- The internship is primarily 5 days per week.
- Occasionally, the candidate may be required to support activities on Saturday/Sunday, particularly during product trials, production requirements, or special projects.
- Additional compensation will be provided for approved weekend work.

Candidate Profile
- Students/recent graduates pursuing B.Tech/B.Sc./M.Sc. in Food Technology, Food Science, Dairy Technology, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or related fields.
- Basic understanding of food quality and hygiene is preferred.
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Attention to detail and willingness to work on the shop floor.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn about frozen foods, bakery products, NPD, and food manufacturing processes.
- Candidates who can commit to a regular WFO internship are preferred.
