Role Summary
We are looking for a motivated QA Engineer (Fresher) with strong manual testing knowledge and a basic understanding of automation testing. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn and committed to delivering high-quality software.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform manual testing of web applications
- Create, review, and execute test cases and test plans
- Identify, log, track, and retest defects
- Collaborate with developers and product teams
- Conduct functional, regression, and sanity testing
- Support automation testing activities
- Follow QA processes and best practices
Required Skills
- Robust understanding of manual testing concepts
- Knowledge of SDLC and STLC
- Basic understanding of automation testing (Selenium preferred)
- Familiarity with test case design techniques
- Good analytical and communication skills
Good to Have
- Exposure to automation tools (Selenium, TestNG, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of SQL or API testing
- Internship or academic project experience in QA/testing
