Role Description

We are seeking individuals with 2+ years of experience who

- Seek perfection and expect software to behave well
- Bring a combination of creativity and analytical thinking to the testing process
- Can analyze requirements and write test cases to cover all possible paths
- Can support the business and development teams by identifying gaps in the requirements
- Are comfortable working with web and mobile (Android and iOS) applications
- Have a keen eye for detail and can point out even single-pixel differences between UX designs and actual implementation

Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing
- Strong proficiency in testing methodologies, tools, and strategies for both manual and automated testing
- Proficient in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java)



and automation/testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium)
- Experience with agile development methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems (Git, SVN, etc.)
- Experience with both web and mobile app testing
- Ability to lead, mentor, and coach junior QA staff to improve team performance
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think outside of the box
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field
- Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms is a plus
- ISTQB or other software testing certification is a plus
- Exposed to automated testing using tools like Selenium and Robot Frameworks
- A strong personality who can stick to their guns on quality and convince development teams to improve
