- Knowledge of injection mould development, tooling feasibility, mould trials, and troubleshooting.

- Hands-on experience in operating a Vision Measuring Machine (VMM) for dimensional inspection of plastic components.

- Ability to read and interpret 2D/3D component drawings.

- Review customer drawings, specifications, samples, artwork, and functional requirements.

- Coordinate mould corrections/modifications with Tool Room and Design teams.

- Verify dimensional improvements after mould modifications.

- Plan and evaluate closure performance through appropriate functional performance tests.

- Maintain proper trial and validation records and establish acceptance criteria against customer/internal specifications.

- Evaluate plastic raw materials such as PP, HDPE, LDPE, GPPS, TPE, and other applicable polymers





- Conduct current foil and masterbatch/color development, shade matching, trials, and evaluation.

- Prepare and review NPD documents such as Trial Requests, Trial Reports, Dimensional Inspection Reports, Validation Protocols/Reports, Sample Submission Reports, Material Approval Reports, Masterbatch Approval Reports, and Product Specifications after sample development.

- Coordinate corrective actions with Mould Design, Tool Room, and Production teams.

- Participate in Kaizen and continuous improvement activities.

- Support automation and implementation of improved inspection and measurement methods.
