Role & responsibilities :

Understand requirements and create test scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria.

- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing.
- Identify bugs, reproduce issues, find possible root causes, and provide transparent bug reports.
- Test features across Web, APIs, database, third-party integrations, and background jobs.
- Perform API testing and validate request/response, authentication, status codes, and error handling.
- Validate credits, subscriptions, payments, refunds, and transaction-related flows.
- Test AI workflows including job creation, processing, failures, retries, and results.
- Test webhook-based integrations and verify duplicate/failure scenarios.
- Perform cross-browser and responsive testing.
- Conduct smoke testing before releases and complete regression testing after major changes.




- Work closely with Developers, Product Managers, and Designers to identify and resolve issues.
- Verify production deployments and perform post-release validation.
- Maintain proper test documentation and release sign-off.

Preferred candidate profile :

Experience testing SaaS/web applications

Experience with AI-based products/workflows

Experience testing payment integrations such as Razorpay

Experience with Instagram/Meta or other third-party APIs

Experience testing webhooks

Basic understanding of Redis/queues and asynchronous jobs

Automation testing experience using Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium is a plus.
