Left testing practices, and work hand-in-hand with developers and product managers to ensure our InsurTech platform is rock-solid for the thousands of Floridians who trust us every day.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain robust automation frameworks using Playwright, ensuring comprehensive test coverage across the platform.
- Automate end-to-end test scenarios and integrate them seamlessly into CI/CD pipelines for continuous quality assurance.
- Write clean, reusable, and maintainable automation code that the entire engineering team can build upon.
- Automate API validations and data-driven test flows across REST services and backend integrations.
- Analyze failures, fix flaky tests, and continuously improve test stability across all environments.
- Reduce manual effort by continuously expanding automation coverage and eliminating repetitive testing bottlenecks.
- Collaborate early with Developers and Product teams, championing Shift-Left testing principles to catch issues before they reach production.
What We're Looking For 5 to 7 years of experience in Automation Testing or SDET roles, with a proven track record of building scalable test systems.
Strong hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and modern testing toolchains.
Proven expertise in Playwright (or similar contemporary tools such as Cypress or Selenium) for end-to-end browser automation.
Experience testing REST APIs and backend services, including contract testing and data validation.
Ability to design scalable and maintainable automation solutions that grow with the product.
Hands-on experience running automation as part of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions,
