We are looking for a QA Engineer with strong experience in CRM application testing, CRM workflows/blueprints, and load/performance testing.

Key Responsibilities

- Test CRM applications and end-to-end business processes.

- Understand and test CRM Blueprints, Workflows, Automations, Business Rules, and Approvals.

- Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.

- Perform load, stress, performance, and scalability testing.

- Strong experience testing high concurrent users, API load, response time, and system performance.

- Experience with load balancing, distributed environments, and performance bottleneck identification.

- Perform API testing using Postman or similar tools.

- Perform SQL/database validation and data reconciliation.

- Test CRM integrations with third-party applications and APIs.

- Create test cases, test scenarios, and defect reports.

- Work closely with developers, business analysts, product teams, and clients.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum activities.

Mandatory Skills

- 3+ years QA experience

- Experience with Zoho CRM, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms.

- Experience with JMeter, LoadRunner, k6, Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.

- Experience with cloud-based CRM applications and integrations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
