Job Summary

Looking for a QA Automation Lead with solid experience in the US Healthcare Payer domain and expertise in Tosca or Playwright automation testing. The candidate should have hands-on experience in payer modules such as Claims, Enrollment, Eligibility, Provider, and Prior Authorization, along with API and SQL testing

Experience range - 4 to 12 years

Must Have Skills

- 4+ years in QA Testing with 3+ years in Test Lead role
- US Healthcare Payer domain experience
- Automation using Tosca or Playwright
- API Testing and SQL/Database Testing
- Test Strategy, Test Planning & Defect Management
- Agile/Scrum and Stakeholder Management
- Team mentoring and offshore coordination

Preferred

- Facets experience
- EDI transactions: 270/271, 278, 834, 835, 837
- CI/CD (Jenkins/Azure DevOps)
- HL7/FHIR

Key Responsibilities

- Lead QA activities across Healthcare Payer applications.
- Define test strategy and automation roadmap.
- Drive automation using Tosca or Playwright.
- Review test artifacts, track quality metrics, and mentor QA teams.
- Collaborate with Business, Development, and Product teams to ensure high-quality releases.
