Role Description This is a full-time, on-site QA/QC role based in Gopalganj. The QA/QC professional will be responsible for monitoring and inspecting processes and products to ensure they meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Daily tasks include implementing quality procedures, performing routine inspections and tests, documenting findings, and supporting corrective and preventive actions. The role involves collaborating with production and engineering teams, assisting with internal audits, and maintaining quality records and reports.



The QA/QC professional will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support training on quality-related practices and policies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Quality Control and Quality Assurance.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Management, including setting and maintaining quality standards.
- Candidates should possess skills in Positive Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and compliance with relevant industry regulations.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Auditing, including internal inspections and process reviews.
- Relevant technical diploma or degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments with a focus on quality systems is beneficial.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality documentation.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and effective communication skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Gopalganj and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
