Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for web applications and APIs

- Build reusable automation components and libraries to improve framework stability and maintainability

- Develop and maintain comprehensive API automation suites for REST and GraphQL services Automate complex end-to-end UI business workflows across browsers and platforms

- Validate payment processing workflows including ACH RTP, wire transfers, card payments, and digital wallets Leverage AI tools to accelerate test case generation, implement self-healing automation, and enable intelligent test selection Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines and support automated quality gates for deployments

- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior automation engineers, and foster a culture of technical excellence

- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and DevOps to identify and resolve quality issues early in the SDLC Participate in Agile ceremonies, contribute to release validation, and ensure compliance with fintech regulatory standards.

Requirements / Must have

- Must have a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering, or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in automation testing of APIs and web applications

- Required:



Proficiency in Playwright Selenium Cypress Karate Framework Rest Assured, and Postman

- Strong programming skills in Java JavaScript/TypeScript, or Python

- Essential: Experience building and maintaining automation frameworks from scratch

- Solid expertise in REST API testing OAuth/JWT authentication, and microservices validation Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins GitHub Actions Azure DevOps Docker)

- Strong SQL/database testing skills (PostgreSQL MySQL MongoDB)

- Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead junior engineers

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills

- Good to have - Experience with Kubernetes JMeter, or Gatling is a plus

- Domain knowledge in digital payments, banking, or lending platforms preferred Familiarity with compliance and regulatory testing preferred

- Bonus - Relevant industry certifications (e.g. ISTQB Certified Selenium Skilled) are an added advantage

- Experience with AI-assisted test automation platforms is a bonus.
