Job Overview

Our client is looking for a Mid-Level Trainer Python Full Stack & Generative AI to teach and mentor college students at a university campus in Chennai. The role involves delivering classroom and hands-on training in Python, Full Stack Development, AI, ML and Generative AI, along with project mentoring and assessments.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver instructor-led training in Python, AI, Generative AI, ML and Data Science.
- Conduct hands-on labs, workshops, case studies and live demonstrations.
- Develop course content, lab exercises, projects, presentations and assessments.
- Mentor students on real-world projects and problem-solving.
- Conduct examinations, project assessments and provide constructive feedback.
- Guide students on platforms such as Kaggle, HackerRank and LeetCode.
- Conduct doubt-clearing and remedial sessions.
- Introduce practical concepts such as RAG, Agentic AI and MCP.




- Maintain student attendance, assessment and learning-progress records.
- Promote responsible and ethical use of AI tools.
- Stay updated with emerging AI and education technologies and incorporate relevant concepts into training.

Required Skills & Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in Python, FastAPI and Full Stack Development.
- Experience with Django or Single Page Applications.
- Experience in AI/GenAI development using LangChain, LlamaIndex or similar frameworks.
- Strong understanding of RAG, Agentic AI and MCP.
- Good cloud experience including application deployment and cloud resource management.
- Strong knowledge of Data Structures & Algorithms and RDBMS.
- Understanding of System Design, design principles and patterns.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript and Angular, React or Vue.js.
- Hands-on experience in cloud-native application development.
- Solid communication, training and facilitation skills.
- Experience creating training content, hands-on labs and projects.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to students effectively.

Good to Have
- Experience in a technology services or product company.
- Exposure to NoSQL databases.
- Industry experience in AI/ML, Data Science or Generative AI.
- Relevant AI/ML certifications.
- AI-related research, blogs or conference presentations.
