Requirements

- 10+ years of software development experience.

- Strong hands-on experience with Python.

- Experience with FastAPI, Django, or Flask.

- Solid understanding and implementation experience of Microservices Architecture.

- Strong experience in REST API development and integration.

- Good hands-on experience with React.js.

- Strong knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript.

- Experience with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.

- Experience with Git and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Proven experience in technical leadership, mentoring, and code reviews.

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

- Experience with AWS / Azure / GCP.

- Docker and Kubernetes.

- Kafka / RabbitMQ or other messaging platforms.

- Automated testing using PyTest.

- Experience with event-driven architecture and distributed systems.

Qualifications: Bachelors degree or Masters degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering,



or equivalent.

- Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications.

- Design and develop Python-based backend services and microservices.

- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and distributed applications.

- Develop and maintain frontend applications using React.js and TypeScript/JavaScript.

- Define and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable application architecture.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding and design best practices.

- Troubleshoot performance, scalability, and production issues.

- Mentor developers and provide technical guidance to the engineering team.

- Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders to deliver projects successfully.

- Contribute to CI/CD, cloud deployment, monitoring, and production support.
