- 8-14 years of software engineering experience, preferably in financial services, investment management, capital markets, or another enterprise environment.

- Solid hands-on expertise in Python and backend application development.

- Experience building Python-based APIs, microservices, data integrations, and production-grade applications.

- Hands-on experience with React or Angular or Vue.js for modern front-end development.

- Strong full-stack engineering fundamentals, including API design, databases, authentication, application architecture, testing, and deployment.

- Experience integrating applications across APIs, databases, data pipelines, and enterprise systems.

- Proven ability to work independently, drive projects autonomously, and take ownership of deliverables.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.

- Experience working in Agile development environments with a track record of delivering high-quality production software.
