Python Developer (Django) – 2 to 3 Years

About Us

BNBRun builds cloud ERP and CRM for regulated manufacturing – pharma, medical devices, chemicals and more – serving customers across 7 countries. Everything is built in-house, with a strong focus on customization and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and enhance ERP/CRM modules using Python and Django.
- Build and maintain REST APIs using Django REST Framework (DRF) for our Angular frontend.
- Design and implement reusable, scalable, and maintainable backend components.
- Write efficient MySQL/PostgreSQL queries and optimize Django ORM operations.
- Implement business logic, validations, workflows, and data processing requirements.
- Work with Celery and Redis for background jobs and asynchronous processing.
- Debug and resolve application issues across development and production environments.
- Participate in code reviews and follow Git-based development practices.
- Assist with application deployment, troubleshooting, and maintenance on Linux/AWS environments.
- Understand existing modules and contribute to improving application performance and maintainability.

Must-Have Skills
- 2–3 years of professional experience in Python development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Django – mandatory.
- Good experience with Django REST Framework (DRF) and REST API development.
- Strong understanding of Python fundamentals, OOP, and backend development.




- Good knowledge of MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Experience with Django ORM and writing optimized database queries.
- Positive understanding of API design, authentication, validation, and error handling.
- Working knowledge of Git/GitHub/GitLab.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Ability to understand existing codebases and independently develop/debug features.

Good to Have
- Experience with Celery and Redis.
- Exposure to Angular or experience working with Angular-based frontend applications.
- Experience with AWS and Linux environments.
- Experience developing ERP, CRM, SaaS, or other business applications.
- Understanding of role-based permissions, approval workflows, audit logging, or compliance-oriented applications.
- Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD.
- Knowledge of performance optimization and database indexing.

NOTE : Ahmedabad based local candidates preferred Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
