Sr Python developer

Contract Duration: 6-month engagement.

100% Remote

At least 5+ years of experience required

We are seeking a Python Developer to support a large-scale automation migration initiative. This role will focus on transitioning existing processes from Automation Anywhere into a Python-based automation framework. The successful candidate will work with existing automation solutions and APIs to migrate workflows and support modernization efforts. The position does not require building a current automation platform, as a custom internal automation tool already exists.

Key Responsibilities

Migrate automation workflows from Automation Anywhere to a Python-based process.

Analyze existing automated processes and translate them into Python solutions.





Work with API integrations and requests to support automation and system connectivity.

Review and convert legacy automation logic where applicable.

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful migration of existing workflows.

Support testing, validation, and deployment of migrated automation processes.

Maintain clean, organized, and documented code throughout the migration effort.

Required Qualifications

Strong experience with Python development.

Experience working with Automation Anywhere.

Experience with Visual Basic.

Experience integrating with and consuming APIs.

Ability to work independently on migration and modernization initiatives.

Experience analyzing existing automation workflows and translating them into new technology solutions.
