Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Mukundapuram, covering responsibilities associated with Python Developer, Software Developer, Data Science Intern, Data Analyst, and Agri-tech Intern positions. Day-to-day tasks may include designing and implementing Python-based applications, building and maintaining backend services, and contributing to software development projects that support the company’s printing operations and related systems. The role involves collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data to support decision-making, creating reports and dashboards, and exploring data-driven solutions for process improvement and potential agri-tech initiatives.

Team members will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, document code and analysis, test and debug software,



and support deployment and maintenance of applications and tools. The position encourages continuous learning, participation in code reviews, and contribution to technical best practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) skills, with practical experience in Python or similar languages.
- Candidates should possess Back-End Web Development skills, including building APIs, integrating services, and working with server-side frameworks.
- Candidates should possess Software Development skills, such as version control usage, debugging, testing, and collaborative development practices.
- Candidates should possess Databases skills, including designing schemas, writing queries, and working with relational or NoSQL database systems.
- Relevant skills such as data analysis, basic statistics, and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, or Python libraries) are beneficial.
- A background in computer science, information technology, data science, engineering, or a related field (degree or equivalent practical experience) is preferred.
- Ability to work in office in Mukundapuram, collaborate effectively in a team, communicate clearly, and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Interest or experience in agri-tech, operations optimization, or applying data and software solutions in industrial or production environments is an advantage.
