Roles and Responsibilities

- Design, build, and optimize scalable Generative AI solutions leveraging RAG, Chatbots, and Agentic workflows.

- Develop secure, high-throughput RESTful APIs and backend microservices using FastAPI and asynchronous Python (asyncio).

- Integrate relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle) via SQLAlchemy ORM and configure vector databases (pgvector, Pinecone) for AI applications.

- Containerize backend applications using Docker and deploy services on Kubernetes and OpenShift environments.

- Collaborate within cross-functional Agile teams to deliver clean, maintainable code following established CI/CD and DevOps standards.

- Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, conduct technical code reviews, and drive best practices across the development lifecycle.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience: 8 to 12 years in core software engineering and Python-based application development.

- Technical Capabilities: Python, FastAPI, Asyncio, LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, pgvector, Pinecone, PostgreSQL, SQLAlchemy, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, CI/CD.

Nice to Have: Functional experience or familiarity with Java development.
