Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain automations, services, and workflows in Python.

- Work with MySQL databases and MongoDB for data extraction, validation, transformation, and rule execution.

- Utilize popular Python libraries (e.g., Pandas, SQLAlchemy, Requests, NumPy, Flask application) to build productive solutions.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs.

- Ensure automations are scalable, secure, and optimized for performance.

- (Good to have) Leverage AWS Cloud services (Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudWatch) for automation deployment and monitoring.

- Establish best practices in coding, testing, and version control (Git).

- Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing automations for reliability.

- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of technical excellence.

- Document workflows, processes, and system integrations for long-term maintainability.

Requirements

Must-Have

- 5 to 8 years of proven experience as a Python Developer

- Strong hands-on expertise in Python 3.x and key libraries:



Pandas, SQLAlchemy, Requests, NumPy, Flask application.

- Solid understanding and working knowledge of MySQL and NoSQL (queries, optimization, schema design).

- Experience in building and maintaining automation workflows or rule-based systems.

- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance-tuning skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across business and technical teams.

- Ability to take ownership of projects end-to-end, from requirements to production.

Good to Have

- Knowledge of AWS Cloud ecosystem (Lambda, RDS, S3, Step Functions, CloudWatch).

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- Exposure to data pipelines, ETL processes, or workflow orchestration tools

- Familiarity with microservices, REST APIs, and event-driven architectures.

- Understanding of fintech/financial systems and compliance considerations.
