Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Python Developer with expertise in API development, AWS services (Lambda, Glue), and infrastructure automation (Terraform). The ideal candidate will focus on building new features in the application and enhancements in existing ones by designing and implementing RESTful APIs, integrating with cloud services, and enhancing automation workflows within a DevOps environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop RESTful APIs and backend services in Python to support application functionality.

- Integrate APIs with AWS Lambda, AWS Glue, and other AWS services for productive cloud functionality.

- Automate infrastructure and deployment processes using Terraform for scalable resource management.

- Collaborate closely with DevOps and cross-functional teams to implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines.

- Monitor and troubleshoot API performance, ensuring high reliability,



security, and scalability.

- Document API endpoints, workflows, and best practices for maintainability and team collaboration.

Required Skills:

- Python: Proficiency in Python, especially for API and backend development.

- API Development: Strong experience in building RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

- AWS Services: Knowledge of AWS Lambda, AWS Glue, S3, and IAM roles.

- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Hands-on experience with Terraform for managing cloud infrastructure.

- DevOps & CI/CD: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and containerization.

- Cloud Security: Understanding of secure API practices and cloud data protection.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with additional AWS services (e.g., EC2, CloudWatch).

- Knowledge of Python frameworks like Flask or FastAPI for efficient API structuring.

- Prior experience with ETL workflows and data processing within AWS Glue.

Education and Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
