We are looking for an experienced Python Developer with AI/GenAI expertise to design and develop scalable Python applications, APIs, data-processing solutions, and LLM-powered applications. The role will involve building RAG-based solutions, integrating LLM APIs, developing REST services, and working with structured and unstructured data.

The ideal candidate should have solid Python development skills along with hands-on experience in RAG, embeddings, vector databases, relational databases, and enterprise AI integrations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications and automation solutions using Python.
- Develop data-processing solutions using Pandas, NumPy, JSON, file processing, and related Python libraries.
- Build and enhance RAG-based chatbots and LLM-powered applications using documents such as PDF, Word, Excel, and enterprise databases.
- Develop document ingestion, parsing, chunking, embedding, retrieval, and response-generation pipelines.
- Integrate LLM platforms and APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic/Claude, or equivalent providers using appropriate APIs and SDKs.
- Implement semantic search and retrieval solutions using embeddings and vector databases such as FAISS, Chroma, Pinecone, or equivalent.
- Develop REST APIs and backend services using FastAPI, Flask, or equivalent Python frameworks.
- Design and implement integrations between Python applications, external APIs, enterprise systems, and databases.
- Write complex SQL queries and Stored Procedures and integrate relational database data with Python applications.
- Work with databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, or equivalent relational databases.
- Use AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot to improve development productivity and code quality.




- Troubleshoot application, API, data-processing, and AI integration issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Develop unit tests and follow software development, version control, code quality, and deployment best practices.
- Collaborate with business, product, and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Maintain technical documentation and contribute to reusable development frameworks and components.

Required Skills &

Experience :

- 6 - 11 years of experience in Python development, backend engineering, or application development, with relevant experience in AI/GenAI solutions.
- Strong hands-on proficiency in Python and libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.
- Experience building RAG-based applications or chatbots using structured and unstructured data.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector search, and retrieval-augmented generation.
- Hands-on experience integrating OpenAI, Anthropic/Claude, or equivalent LLM APIs/SDKs.
- Experience with vector databases such as FAISS, Chroma, Pinecone, or equivalent technologies.
- Strong SQL skills, including complex queries, joins, optimization, and Stored Procedures.
- Experience working with SQL Server, MySQL, or equivalent relational databases.
- Hands-on experience with FastAPI, Flask, or similar Python web frameworks.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, API integration, JSON, data processing, and file handling.
- Experience debugging and troubleshooting production applications and integrations.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, testing, and software development best practices.
- Experience with GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted development tools is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
