Job Title: Sales Manager – Virgin PVC Compound (PVC Granules) Company: Sai Polymers Location: Surat, Gujarat Department: Sales & Business Development Employment Type: Full-Time Company Overview Sai Polymers manufactures and supplies virgin PVC compound (PVC granules) used in wires & cables, injection molding, and general molding applications. We're looking for a driven Sales Manager to expand our customer base across Gujarat and beyond, and help build a robust, scalable sales function from the ground up.

Role Summary The Sales Manager will lead sales efforts for our virgin PVC compound/granules product line — identifying new customers in the wire & cable and molding industries, managing key accounts, and driving consistent volume growth for Sai Polymers.

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow volume and revenue for virgin PVC granules across wire & cable manufacturers, molders, and injection molding units Identify and onboard new B2B customers — cable manufacturers, molding units, traders, and distributors in Surat/Gujarat and other regions Manage and grow relationships with existing key accounts Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts within company guidelines,



tracking PVC resin cost trends Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns among wire, cable, and molding customers Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for timely order fulfillment Prepare sales forecasts and reports for management Build and eventually lead a small sales/field team as business grows Attend plastics/wire-cable trade exhibitions in Gujarat and nationally to generate leads Handle collections and ensure healthy receivables Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Chemical/Polymer Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred) 3–5 years of sales experience in PVC compound, polymers, wire & cable raw materials, or related B2B industrial products Existing network among wire & cable manufacturers or molding units in Gujarat is a strong plus Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills Willingness to travel for client visits (Surat, Ahmedabad, Vapi, Vadodara belt and beyond) Basic understanding of PVC compound grades used in wire/cable insulation and molding applications
