This role is responsible for supporting and coordinating day-to-day procurement operations within the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) function. This role manages procurement transactions, supports Buy Desk operations, coordinates with vendors and stakeholders, and ensures compliance with procurement policies, processes, and service-level agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities:

- Process and manage Purchase Requisitions (PRs), Purchase Orders (POs), and procurement requests.
- Monitor procurement intake queues, tickets, and workflows to ensure timely processing and SLA adherence.
- Review procurement requests for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with approval processes.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve procurement-related issues and expedite requests.
- Support contract routing, documentation management, and agreement execution activities.
- Validate vendor quotes, pricing, and procurement data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain procurement records, trackers, and audit-ready documentation.
- Support procurement reporting, operational metrics, and status updates on pending requests and escalations.




- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to operational efficiency initiatives.

Requirements:

- 4+ years of experience in Procurement Operations, Purchasing, Buy Desk, or Procure-to-Pay (P2P) functions.
- Strong understanding of Purchase Requisitions (PRs), Purchase Orders (POs), procurement workflows, and approval processes.
- Hands-on experience with procurement platforms such as Coupa/ SAP Ariba
- Experience managing procurement tickets, vendor coordination, and stakeholder communication within SLA-driven environments.
- Familiarity with contract documentation, vendor management, and procurement compliance processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
