A career within SAP Consulting services will provide you with the prospect to help organizations transform their enterprise data and reporting landscape through SAP Business Warehouse (SAP BW) and SAP BW/4HANA solutions. As an SAP BW Consultant, you will work with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical architects to design, develop, implement, and support enterprise data warehousing, analytics, and reporting solutions. You will be responsible for delivering scalable data models, ETL processes, reporting frameworks, and analytics capabilities that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end implementation, enhancement, migration, and support projects for SAP BW/BW4HANA environments.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable data warehousing and reporting solutions.
- Design and develop InfoObjects, InfoProviders, ADSOs, Composite Providers, Open ODS Views, and DataStore Objects.
- Build and maintain data extraction processes from SAP and non-SAP source systems using SAP BW extraction frameworks.
- Develop, monitor, and optimize ETL/ELT processes, data loads, transformations, and process chains.
- Design and implement data models and reporting solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Develop reporting and dashboards using SAP BusinessObjects, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Analysis for Office, and other reporting tools.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, testing, and performance tuning activities.
- Collaborate with SAP functional teams including FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, and other business process areas.
- Support data migration and SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives involving SAP BW and BW/4HANA.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data load failures, reporting issues, and system performance bottlenecks.
- Prepare technical specifications, functional documents, test scripts, and knowledge transfer materials.




- Participate in system integration testing, user acceptance testing, cutover, and hypercare activities.
- Provide production support and continuously improve existing reporting and analytics solutions.
- Support pre-sales, solution design, estimations, and proposal preparation activities.

Years of Experience Required:

- Minimum 2-3 end-to-end implementation or migration projects.
- Experience in support, rollout, upgrade, and enhancement engagements preferred.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation programs is an added advantage.

Education Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
- Master's degree, MBA, or equivalent qualification preferred.
- SAP BW, BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, or SAP HANA certifications preferred.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing, business intelligence, and analytics concepts
