- Create and process Purchase Orders in SAP systems.

- Verify approved Purchase Requisitions for completeness and accuracy.

- Ensure correct pricing, taxes, payment terms, delivery schedules, and vendor details in PO creation.

- Coordinate with requestors, procurement Core teams, and vendors for clarification and corrections.

- Monitor PO turnaround times and ensure timely release of orders.

- Maintain procurement documentation and audit-ready records.

- Track PO acknowledgements and follow up on pending approvals.

- Support GRN and invoice checking activities.

- Generate procurement reports and MIS related to PO processing.

- Ensure compliance with company internal controls
