ADoST is a technology brand focused on precision fluid dispensing and industrial automation for contemporary manufacturing. A brand of 1K2K Dosing and Dispensing Pvt. Ltd, at ADoST we design and build our own machines, motion systems, dispensing technologies and software rather than simply integrating off-the-shelf automation components.

Our products are designed for applications involving adhesives, sealants and other industrial fluids, where accuracy,repeatability and process reliability are critical.

Incorporated in 2022, we have developed full range of benchtop dispensers, volumetric precision systems, and 3-axis dispensing robot, deployed across 100+ installations in automotive, EV, electronics and medical device manufacturing across India. Still an early-stage product company, we are lean, technically focused, and moving fast. ADoST is looking for engineers who want to work on real products that are designed, built, tested and deployed in the field.

TECHNICAL SOURCING

 Source specialized components for robotics and dispensing machines.

 Understand technical drawings and BOM (Bill of Materials) to ensure 100%

accuracy in parts ordered.

 Ensure 100% correctness in material specifications, quantities, and revisions while placing orders.





 Coordinate with Design and Production teams to clarify technical requirements when needed.

Vendor Development & Management

 Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors, especially within the Pune industrial hub and selected global suppliers.

 Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to close cost-effective deals.

 Evaluate vendor performance based on Quality, Lead Time, and Credit Terms.

Cost Optimization

 Perform Value Engineering by identifying alternative materials or components that meet the same functional and performance requirements at lower cost.

 Drive continuous cost-reduction initiatives without compromising quality or machine reliability.

Inventory & Coordination

 Implement best procurement and purchasing practices to optimize inventory levels and reduce warehouse carrying costs.

 Coordinate with the Production Planning team to prevent line-down or material shortage situations.

 Manage the "Inward Quality" process—ensuring that what was ordered is exactly what was delivered.
