Role Description

This is a full time, on-site Purchase Executive role located in Defence Colony.

The Purchase

Executive will handle daily procurement activities, sourcing vendors, negotiating prices, and ensuring on-time delivery of goods and services.

Responsibilities include tracking inventory levels, maintaining purchase records, evaluating supplier performance, and collaborating with other departments to meet operational requirements.



The role also involves handling purchase documentation and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in procurement processes including vendor sourcing, supplier negotiations, and purchase order management
- Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and analytic skills for tracking inventory, managing records, and assessing supplier performance
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills for working with internal teams and external suppliers
- Familiarity with procurement tools/software and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Understanding of compliance and regulatory standards in procurement processes
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Experience in a similar procurement or purchase-related role is preferred
